This is Himal, a very good friend of mine. He is an inspiration to me, he is a good samaritan. He is a sketch artist as well, and likes to draw inspiration from real life people, mostly from around him. So here you go buddy.

So the other day, I was making a poster for Tihar, and so began my search for the image of Goddess Laxmi. Of course, I googled it, and you know what I PicSearched, Binged, Yahooed and whatever -ed it. Obviously, now my computer is crammed with all these pictures, I thought I would use (which I did not). The reason - well most of them were age old South-Indian depiction of the goddess. I am not against any of them, they are all beautiful. And then I hit another idea, to do whatever searches I did to find pictures of Yellow - Tara (buddhist version of Laxmi). Yet I did not find what I was looking for.
